Do You Have A Scary Nature?

Do you have a scary nature?

There is a difference between a strong character and a scary character. Some people have to fight and struggle all their lives. This changes their personality, but can destroy gentleness. The worst part is that their struggles make them constantly on the defensive. They always have a shield on top, and they feel like they are in enemy territory.

We have all known people who seem outwardly tough but have a big heart. They often thrive socially and in their work, but there is an atmosphere of fear around them. They react strongly to things, and other people start to fear them.

Those with a frightening nature are often unaware of the impact they have on other people. They know they are good people and don’t understand why others are afraid of their overly harsh expressions or gestures. To find out if you fall into this category, consider whether you have one or more of the following traits.

The scary nature is surrounded by silence

If people near you remain silent after you’ve spoken, it’s time to consider the possibility that you have a scary nature. It is possible that you are too pushy in your speech. You may be too rude or absolute. It is also possible that others will admire you so much that they are afraid you will disappoint them.

the man's head is a landscape

It works like this: you don’t express opinions, you give final solutions. It’s like saying your last word on a topic. Your words suggest that answers are not allowed and ignored. This is practically the same as closing the debate. You speak in a way that others will listen to you, and there is a dominant tone in your speech. In this situation, not everyone is willing to continue the conversation.

When you have a scary nature, your presence may lull the atmosphere of an otherwise lively and active conversation. People are silent when you arrive, or they seem restless. You may realize that people don’t behave spontaneously when you’re close.

You feel it is very important to be “honest”

People with a scary nature tend to be too honest. They boast of their honesty and do not beautify their words when talking about their thoughts and feelings. However, they may confuse honesty with rudeness or thoughtlessness.

Such personalities often reject overly beautiful manners. They feel that the coarser and straighter their delivery is, the more truthful the thing is. They assume that speaking tactfully is the same thing as concealing or distorting the truth. They see no difference between kindness and flattery.

The truth is that telling the “truth” in too rude a way only makes people feel bad. Sometimes the truth is told in such a brutal way that the listener completely forgets the substance; he only remembers the way the matter was told. In the end, if you say something rudely, no one will listen to your message.

Scold others when they show signs of weakness

If your character is scary, you will have a hard time understanding weakness and fragility. When someone tells you about a problem, you energetically encourage them to solve it as quickly as possible. You feel that the other person needs the voice of authority to tell him to get over the situation, not the person who would listen to his concerns.

The point is that people go through difficult times when they need comfort from others. They do not want others to feel sorry for themselves, but only to listen and support without criticism. They don’t want anyone to tell them what they should do. Often we don’t ask another to tell us which path we should take – we just need comfort as we reassemble ourselves.

The scary nature makes other people keep their distance from you. The hard outer shell will eventually isolate you from tenderness and warmth. Being overly defensive usually usually turns against you. You may not be Maija Poppanen or Mother Teresa, but that doesn’t mean you should be too hard on everyone else. You have a lot to give, so it’s worth rethinking how you treat other people and communicate with them.
